The puzzle is relatively simple. There are columns. The letters under that column are the letters that go in that column. For example, in the first column, there are 3 letters under, and 3 boxes. These letters could go in the boxes anywhere. What I did, is I saw that there are N and W. Co-ordinates usually start by North and West. So I filled in North and West in the first and third row. After that, it's not hard. You can see that the caches usually start with 073 for west and 45 for north.
When solved correctly, the puzzle should read: Westseventythree (?)
